What this site is
COLP and COFA provides information, tools and data. Figures are researched, sourced inline, and dated; tools show their assumptions. This is a free information site. When you send an enquiry, Joe, who runs this site, reads it and replies to you himself; no firm receives your details and you pay nothing to ask. It carries no advertising, no sponsored placement and no affiliate links, and no provider in the table has paid to be there. Every rule is quoted from the SRA's own text with a link, and every price is read from the provider's own page on the date shown. We are not the SRA, and nothing here is legal or regulatory advice; check the source before you rely on it.
What this site is not
Nothing here is financial, legal, tax, medical or other regulated advice, and no tool output is a quote, an offer, or a recommendation to act. Results are estimates from the stated assumptions; confirm anything that matters with a qualified, authorised professional before acting. Where we introduce you to a provider, we act as an introducer only: we do not advise on, arrange, or recommend between providers, and we never handle client money.
Accuracy and liability
We work to keep every figure current (each table shows its last-updated date) but make no warranty that content is error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Joseph Ellul accepts no liability for loss arising from reliance on this site. Links to external sites are provided for sourcing; we are not responsible for their content.
Embedding and citation
You may cite this site's data with attribution (a link to the page cited) and may use the embeddable widget where offered, unmodified. Scraping that removes attribution, or republishing tables wholesale without a link, is not permitted.
